Frederick Martell

Heretic, kinslayer, betrayer.

The blood upon his lance is that of friend and foe alike. By having abandoned his duty in the order of the Knights Dragoon, he condemned not just himself but all those whom were close to him. The House Martell disgraced by the mercy Frederick gave to a Dravanian, a mercy bought with the blood of one of his fellow Knight Dragoon.

House Martell, once a minor vassal to the house Durendaire, was stricken from Ishgardian records. Now branded heretics for the sins of the son, all were found wanting in the eyes of the Inquisition. The "Witch drop" would prove their innocence at the cost of their very lives.

Whilst the Dragonsong war may have reached its end, Frederick's crimes against Ishgard are not so easily forgotten. Many still spit on his name, betrayer.

With the Dragonsong war having come to its conclusion, Frederick lives a solitary life. Unable to set foot in or near Ishgardian settlements he opts to live in Dravanian lands instead where he often makes simple camp in the wilds. At times making trips to the "neutral" camp Tailfeather for supplies, but never overstaying his welcome.

Almost always clad from head to toe in his armour, he rarely removes his helmet. Preferring to hide his flame-lashed and scarred physique under a layer of metal. Curiously a slight "light blue" glow can be seen from the vision slit of his helmet when in darkness.

He boasts raven black hair, long and relatively well-kept all things considered. His body and face covered in various scars and marked by dragon fire. Piercing sky blue eyes that betray a light hue emanating from them.
